Fracturing is something that happens when we experience trauma. We lose a part of our spiritual energy and along with that energy, we start losing certain core strengths like faith, trust, courage, self-belief, a sense of purpose, etc. In psychology, they call this disassociation. We get disconnected from our bodies and our emotions and at worst, we can be left feeling like there is no point in going on with our lives.

Core fractures are what you are left with after your trust has been broken. For example, when your heart gets broken, when you suffer loss, experience betrayal, face abandonment, or become the victim of abuse. – Dawn Clark

I have yet to meet a person who doesn’t have any kind of trauma. It doesn’t have to be a huge thing that happens to suffer a core fracture. A sensitive person can be traumatized by harsh words when another person can just brush it off.

As a Certified Repairing Core Fractures Facilitator, I can help you start to heal past wounds, regain your core strengths and abilities and support you in making positive decisions in your life. I have found it hugely beneficial to have someone who has walked the path supporting you as you bring back your long lost soul pieces. As you start to recover and love yourself more you will very likely, at some point, see that you need to make some changes in your life as you are not willing to settle anymore. This, in addition to having someone validate your progress, is where you will need support.

In order to start working with me, you will need to get your personalized tools by going through the material in Dawn Clark’s Repairing Core Fractures online course.

I will be happy to answer any questions you might have. You can send me an email at suvi@suvibowellan.com and we can set up a Skype call.
